Employment Path was founded by Matthew Sorensen, an executive recruiter, search firm owner, talent acquisition leader, and interview coach who has interviewed over 10,000 job seekers. After seeing firsthand how unprepared many candidates were for the workforce, he developed Employment Path to provide non-profit organizations with training tools to help their clients thrive.
